My grandsons--Photo shoot!!

I love my grandsons and wanted to take some cute pictures of them because it's been a while. Angel dressed them really cute and met up in old Niles so I could do a photo shoot of them. It was one of the fastest sessions but I think they came out really cute!

We are going to get some printed...I'm trying to decide which ones we should get in 8x10. I want a big one for each of the kids and one of the boys together.

A weekend of FUN!

I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with family over the weekend. We attended two very special events.

 

My beautiful niece Alyssa graduated from college so her family threw her a party. Here are some pictures from this beautiful day.

The next day we went to the wedding of my cousin Vincent and his wife Tracy.

It was such a beautiful wedding! The venue was GORGEOUS!

My son wanted to dress up. He looked so handsome! So did my girls!!

 

Angel and Christian celebrated their anniversary on that day as well!! So awesome!

The boys looked so adorable in matching outfits.

new projects and more!! (picture heavy)

Over the weekend I went to a farewell crop for Patti Snyder. Had a lot of fun with everyone! We didn't stay the whole time because my friend Lisa's husband was making us dinner. He was so sweet to do that and it was so yummy!! We decided to continue to crop and had a lot of fun!!

A heck of an awesome weekend!

I was just looking at all the pictures from my weekend at Scrapbook N' Such in Texas. Each one puts a smile on my face!!! I met quite a few gals and let me tell you...these gals hold a special place in my heart.

Anyways, I can't wait til' November for the next one. I'm thrilled that they have asked me back!! YAY!!!

Friendships

I am so lucky to have a lot of people that I call friends!

I have some that I scrap with, some I shop with, some that I take trips with, and some that I do a little bit of everything with. LOL

 

Gina Lideros is someone that I'm super close with. We've done a little bit of everything above. LOL

On Saturday I am teaching some classes. Can't wait!

A wonderful weekend!!

I just came home from a wonderful EXTENDED weekend in San Diego!!

I taught at a really cool store called, Stamping Details. It's so stinkin' cute!! It's in a really cool looking town called Poway. If you are ever in the area, you have to go visit. You'll LOVE it!!

 

 

When I wasn't at the store, I was scrapping and being SUPER CRAZY with a lot of my friends that I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! These are my Ever After Scrapbook peeps!!

 

Got to spend quality time with this beauty!!! Just love her!! We spent a lot of time together and chatted about a ton of different things!!! She makes the most amazing cookies! She knows I especially love her peanut butter ones so she made me some!! 

I'm working on a new class for Shabby Shutters Scrapbooks in Nova Scotia. This is the cover of the book. Can't wait for it to be done. Will be using some Glitz inside!! YAY!!!

Love to create!

I often get asked how long I've been scrapbooking and every time I think about it...I feel old. Lol
I've been scrapping for about 20 years. I was stamping before that.
I remember scrapping with the most minimal items because there wasn't much back then. It almost blew my mind when I saw my first 12x12 pattern paper. Lol
Now there are more choices than I can even count! We are so lucky!! I love all the colors, styles, and patterns.

Besides all the beautiful papers that there are out there....I love all the other mediums there are to create with.

etc.

I' home for the next few weeks...I love being with my family and friends so I've planned a lot of fun things but I plan on being at home too. I just got home from spending a day in Sacramento with Gina. Had a lot of fun!!! Started making this canvas. This is a sneak peak.

 

I'm lucky to go to stores that know how crazy and wild I am and play along with me. I'm certainly not quiet...microphones not needed. LOL

I wanted to post some fun pictures from my last two trips. I visited Scrapbooks with Treasured Memories and Ever After Scrapbooks. Both stores are great!!! It was my first time at TM in Louisiana. Had a blast!! You already know how much I love the girls at EA! Been there many times.

Differability...

I had the great pleasure of teaching at one of my favorite scrapbook stores, Ever After Scrapbooks over the weekend. It was so much fun hanging out with everyone!!! So many made my trip memorable...I know you know who you are!! :)
Today I wanted to post about an AMAZING and SELFLESS individual that came to my class. Her name is Jennifer Lundy! Since I met her, I've seen a lot of selfless acts from this gal. We met in Los Angeles when another friend invited me to be part of a Cricut infomercial.  It's a good thing I went or I would have never met this wonderful person. We spent SIX hours together pretending to be friends scrapping together for this recording....little did we know that we would REALLY TRULY become buddies!!

That's me cheezing like crazy! Jennifer is the gal with the blonde hair. You can't see her face.

The reason why I'm doing this blog post is because I'm so impressed by all this gal does. She is the mom of four beautiful kids. Three of her kids have autism. She has done so much to see her children succeed. She drives almost 200 miles a day to take them to school!! That's amazing!!! They donate a lot of hours to help other kids with autism as well!

We were talking about her children and I was impressed when her daughter told her she didn't like the word dissability. She prefers DIFFerability!! I love it!!!
Here is her definition of it.

I want to let her know how much I love her and appreciate the examples she has shown me.  She's an amazing mom, wife, and friend! I feel so lucky to have her in my life!!

Obsessed...with the Jodi Arias case!

I think I have an addictive personality! LOL Once I get involved with something or find something that I like...I have to have more of it. Sheesh! I think I need a life! LOL
I've watched big trials before...
*OJ Simpson...watched and even visited the house of his ex-wife that he murdered...in MY defense...I was on a vacation and we got lost...and followed a whole bunch of cars down a street because of a detour...we ended up stopping when we saw all the cars and people. It was his wife's house and "the tape" was surrounding the whole area. It was crazy! I have pictures that I scrapped a long time ago.
*Scott Peterson...that was such a sad case. I got involved because I had a friend that knew Lacey and said she was such a good person. When I found out she was very pregnant I couldn't believe it.
*Casey Anthony...This case upset me so much!! The thought that anyone could hurt an innocent child all so she could party with friends...omg!! awful!
Out of these three cases...only one was convicted and that was just gross to me!
This new case with Jodi Arias is soooo beyond awful! What she did to this guy is GROSS!!
So I've been watching everyday that it's on. I watch as I wash dishes, kit my classes, and even in the shower! LOL

I'm in southern Ca getting ready to teach at Ever After Scrapbooks!! While I was going through security at the airport guess what I was doing?

My FAVORITE thing about the case is chatting on facebook with friends (new and old). I start a daily Jodi Arias case. I want to thank Gina, Carol, Kim, Betty, Tori, and everyone else that comes in to join in on the daily chat!!! It's so fun!!!! The word I use a lot on there is "BAM!" LOL I say it every time something good happens! LOL Yes, I have issues. LOL
Okay so now that you know my new crazy....if you are watching the case...what do you think? What are your thoughts? Would love to hear!!

A birthday, some pages, and fun!

Today is a great day!!! I woke up thinking about my beautiful baby girl who's celebrating a birthday!!! I can't believe it was 24 years ago that she came into this world and completely changed our lives. I love you my sweetness!

I'm looking forward to celebrating with her today.

Yesterday, I spent the day at an awesome crop with a lot of really cool people!!! I got to see the girls that I spent last weekend with. It was so great to spend the day with Gina again! We had so much fun! There was a masssage therapist and we treated each other two massages. LOL

I completed three projects. I forgot to take pictures of one because it was late but here are some pictures of the other two. I made it using Prima products that the company sent me. I also used Clearsnap, therm-o-web, Helmars, Sakura, May Arts, Crafters Workshop, Helmars, and more!!

So I'm now off to spend the day with my girl!!! Have a fabulous Sunday everyone!!!
