As part of my payment for all my work, they are sending Erin and I to DISNEYLAND!! Sweet!!! I can't wait to go!!!

So here's a funny! Guess who will also be at CHA? Paris Hilton! Yes, the girl that doesn't wear underwear! Why? Because she has a new product line coming out! As much as I think she's a hootchie mama...I can't wait to see her line. I'll let you know what the scoop is when I get back! LOL

Angel told me the other day that she had been thinking about what she wants to do with her life....she has decided that she wants to be a clothing designer. I'm excited about her future! She's going to have to work hard but I know she'll do good! She has a loving husband, two beautiful kids, and an entire family that will support her 100%!! You go girl!!
________________________________________________________

I want to tell my husband how much I love him!!! I don't say that very often. I don't really blog about him much...he's pretty boring (sorry honey but you know it's true!LOL)...but he's the best husband! He is an amazing dad and he takes care of me like noone else could ever do! I love you Paul with all my heart!

My whole family is so supportive! I'm a very lucky girl!

Heaven on earth!

Let me start by saying that I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this kid!! So everything that I type will be serious mushy stuff! I can't help it, this kid is the most precious thing on the planet!
Everyday that he see's me, it's like he hasn't seen me in years!! I am greeted with the sweetest and biggest smile and huge hugs!
Tanner was put on this earth to bring happiness to those around him! I believe that with all my heart!! I am the most lucky grandma to have him in my life and he has certainly brought me a lot of happiness!!
So on to the photos! I laugh everytime I think about it. We were at the store and Angel, Christian, and Tristan were inside with everyone. I asked Tanner if I could take his picture and his cute, "yes" with a smile made me so giddy so I grabbed him and a stool and we went outside.
This photo session was literally taken in ONE minute! NO JOKE!!
I asked him if he was ready...he said, "yes" and he smiled and laughed and when he was done...which was one minute later...he grabbed the stool and said, "let's go." he was done!!
I didn't know how cute they would turn out because I did them so fast...well....here they are...you tell me.

He is seriously...heaven on earth!

another project...

I have been working really hard to create projects for our My Little Shoebox booth. I created this book using our new line, ENJOY LIFE. I love this line! It's full of color and fun images!!
Kaiser Crafts asked me if I would play with some of their different books and I was thrilled to get them!! The books are so much fun!!! This is their ME BOOK.
They have donated all the flowers, bling, and rings for my CHA class. I LOVE Kaiser Crafts!
My design team has been working NON-STOP to create all the projects for the booth and let me tell you...everything I have seen...I LOVE!!!! They rock! I wish I could give them big hugs but since they are all over the country, I'm sending them a big CYBER HUG!!! LOL

Tomorrow, I'll be working on some layouts using this line and then working on another line called, Turtles and trees.
I can't wait for CHA!! I am going with my pal Erin so you know it's going to be wild!!
Hope to see you there!!!

I'm keeping the blog!

Hi there!! So I didn't know so many of you read my blog. Thank you for all the sweet emails and phone calls. I will keep the blog going. You guys just gotta keep me motivated...you know...by replying. LOL

So what's up with me?
I've been really busy! Don't you get bored hearing that from me? Seriously, I am. We've been working on creating my CHA class, kitting it, working with the dt, working at the store, meetings, desiging, family, parties, and more.

The family is doing well. Last night after our store meeting, I went home and went on a walk with the family and dog.
After that we played a game of monopoly of which our 7 year old beat us...Yes...she clobbered us.

Let's see...I'm teaching a class at CHA! I'm so excited about it. It's so cute! Check it out here:

The Perfect Night

last night Paul and I took the kids to see the Christmas lights at the Oakland Temple.
It was such a beautiful night!! The only thing that would make it better is if Angel and her family would have been able to join us.
Paul and I were married here a long time ago so it's nice to come up, walk around, and really feel our Saviors love!!
Happy Holidays to you and your family

Three's a charm

So I recently started scrapping in 3's. Doesn't make sence? Well I normally never make sence, lol, but let me explain.
I decided a while ago that whenever I pull some paper to create with. I would do at least three layouts using the paper so I wasn't left with a whole bunch of scraps, that I'll never use.
Here are three layouts that I did using the new Urban Prairie line by Basic Grey.
papers, buttons, and stickers are Urban Prairie.
Blue letters are Scenic Route
Green letters are Making Memories
Mini letters are My Little Shoebox
Kraft paper is Bazzill Basics

The next three that I'm working on are using Scenic Route's new Christmas line. I'll post them soon! Thanks for looking.

Happy Holidays!!

Wow, can you believe it? it's going to be Christmas in just 2 weeks and 3 days! That's scary! I have done only a little bit of shopping. My list is pretty big too! I told the kids that we were doing 5 presents for each of them so Sierra made this list and got super into it(writing it down, typing it on the computer...putting the lists all over the house)...This list has changed several times as she thinks and "prays" about what she wants. LOL
So the problem with that is that as she has given me the list, I pick up stuff and then she changes her mind and asks for something different. So I pick up those things. She's done that several times and now we are up to several gifts. oooh maybe it's a trick!LOL
Anyways, we have a lot of family traditions and I'm enjoying the all of them. These are some of the things we do.

*Christmas carol 2 families
*go see Christmas lights
*The kids talent show
*cookie baking
*going from family to family to decorate trees
*tamales
*reading stories and watching movies
*waiting up for Santa to call
*family pictures
*listening to holiday music from Thanksgiving to Christmas day ONLY
...and more

Updating with some photos!!!

We were at my parents tonight helping to decorate and spending time together.

Here are some of the pictures from the other night at my house.

In my world...

...I am chosing to think in a more positive way. There is so much negativity in this world, and I refuse to let any of that in my space.
I know that when I see people and things in a more positive way, my world looks so much brighter! I hope your day is brighter too!!

Have a wonderful day!

I didn't think I was going to like American Crafts TEEN line much....Ummm....yeah, I love it! Third layout since it came in on Monday. I love this line!!
You guys are going to think I'm crazy but, in my world...it didn't even hit me that we had three teenagers in our lives. I think I see them as my babies still. Yeah so not, 1-13 year old and 2-14 year olds. I've got teenagers! They are growing up way to fast!
All American crafts except the mini letters, those are My Little Shoebox.

Sometimes...

Sometimes things happen that may not make sence at first, but then you have time to reflect...and everything makes perfect sence.
I had an experience today that sent me a wonderful reminder that my Heavenly Father loves and cares for me and has a mission for me. I was at the right place at the right time and even though I was drained after it happened, I'm so grateful for the opportunity that was given to me and grateful to feel His hands upon my head and uplift me to say and do what I needed to.

Working on some fun stuff...

American Crafts has this new line out. It's their Teenager line. I thought I wasn't going to like it, but the more I look at it, I like it. LOL I think the hardest part of the layout for me was using a really bright green paper. LOL It totally fit's the look though. LOL
I love this picture of all us girls! It's so freakin' cute!!!

Today I got to work on two fun projects. I worked on a kit from the wonderful Michelle Tornay and then I started a project for myself. I'm hoping to have it done by tomorrow since the family is coming over to help decorate for Christmas. I'll show you when it's all done!! :) Sierra is coming to work tomorrow with me and we are both going to work on projects. I'll show you hers too.
Have a fantastic rest of the week!!!

I scrapped!!

I had so much fun on Friday!! We had our usual crop and I swear I was super productive!!!
I've been on a use up all my scraps kick! So you'll notice in these layouts that a lot of the same papers were used!
This first one is of my niece Ashleigh. I love this picture of her. Notice how all the papers are poka dots? OMG I gotta tell you, it's so wierd but I'm into doing layouts with ALL poka dot papers. It sounds wierd but I like it. LOL I used American Crafts, KI Memories, and Scenic Route papers.

This is a layout I did using Scenic Route, KI Memories, and My Minds Eye Paper. The title I did myself using my pens. I just kinda freehanded the title, that's why they are all crazy. LOL

This one is of me and my homie, Erin. I used Elsie, and Pink Paislee.
This one is of my little pumpkin nose, Sierra. I used pieces of Elsie and Hambly.
Thanks for looking! Hugs, Suzy West
