Love creating new projects!

I can't say enough times how lucky I am to do what I do for a living. Everytime I create, I feel so grateful that I get to play with lots of my favorite products.
I've been creating a lot of book projects using lots of mod podge, gesso, paints, and my favorite...WOW powders!!!! This project has all this plus Helmars, Epiphany Crafts, and Echo Park Papers.

I created this while at Scrapbook Territory in Berkley. My friend Kristi Lewis put this crop together for us and we had such a great time! Here are a couple of pictures she took of me and two of my besties!!

This week will be all about creating for CHA, getting my son ready for his senior ball, and for spending time with family.

creating...outside my little box

It's that time again...CHA is around the corner and I do nothing but create projects...ALL THE TIME! I've been doing a lot of designing with a lot of friends and family and I gotta say it's a lot of fun but by the time we are done...I think there's nothing else I can create. LOL This is a project that I started on Sunday and finished yesterday. I used the Authentique paper line and the rest are WOW Embossing Powder products. I held all the papers with Helmars.

This next project I'm kinda surprised over....I hadn't planned on making this...but felt inspired!! I found the canvas in my garage and had the rest in my scrap area. I used: WOW Embossing Powders, Shimmerz, Girls Paperie, Sakura Glaze pens, Helmars, and some embellishments.

Home is where the heart is...PLUS...guess what...

Hi everyone! Checking in from beautiful Florida!!! I'm teaching at Whim So Doodle in Tampa. They have such a great store!! I have a new project to show you. Actually it's just a sneak peek. I am still finishing up a lot of the inside of the book. I gotta tell you...I LOVE this project!!! It's using NEW Generations line from Simple Stories, Basically Bare albums, Shimmerz, Helmars, and a ton more!!!

I will be teaching this project at the following two stores: Photo Scraps in Maryland and the Keepsake Elements in Chicago. I hope you can make it!! :) GUESS WHAT? I've been asked a ton of times if I could mail out kits to people that can't make it to the stores. I will be taking orders on a first come first serve basis. The first one will be a project I am retiring. It's SO popular! I just finished making about 10 more kits! It's the FAMILY BOUND BY LOVE class that I've taught all over the states! Once they are gone...they are GONE FOREVER!

This project comes with a ton of products!! The big 8x10 album is filled with lots of pages, all the papers, stickers, embellishments, etc and instructions. The kit is $45.00 plus shipping. Creating with Authentique

I've been busy creating with Authentique since I became a teacher for them!! I love their products so it's not hard! LOL I'm getting tons of projects done so I can get all the details to all the stores that I plan to teach at!!
I've had some stores ask that I create a book similar to one that I created before but with this new line. I'm super excited about this project!
Here are some sneak peaks!!

I'm in Sacramento right now with friends and they are playing with it too!!
All of us are also using Hambly, Helmars, and more!!
I am also excited about something else. I'm helping a company that's been around for a while in the UK debut in the US at CHA, Winter!!!
I've contracted Gina Lideros, Angel Bartonico, Sarah De Guzman, Tricia Wilson, and Erin Payne to be my dt coordinators. I will be doing a DT call soon and all the girls will be working with myself and the one of the girls above!!!
We are all very excited!!!!

New project... post to win a kit!!!

I've been pretty busy lately getting ready to teach at different places. Tomorrow I leave for the Great American Scrapbook Convention in Arlington, Texas. It's been cold and rainy here...it's going to be 100 degrees when I get to Texas!! YIKES!! I feel sorry for my hair and anyone who has to look at my hair. It's going to go crazy!! (those going to the show...you've been warned!)
My friend Sarah and I are up to something really fun for her store, Our Paper Place!!! It involves scrapbook supplies, a video camera, and the two of us!!! A crazy combination!!!! Basically...this is my favorite booklet!!!!

I've been in heaven playing with these amazing books by Basically Bare!!! Seriously...this one is my favorite!! It's 8x10...and really in this instance...size does matter!! LOL
I'll be teaching this project at a few different scrapbook stores which I'll post soon but in the meantime...These are a couple of my favorite pages, what do you think?

I used Echo Park and Hambly to decorate this lovely book. I gave it color with paints and of course Shimmerz, my favorite!!! I adhered everything down with Helmars. LOVE THE STUFF!

Happy Holidays

Believe it or not, the holidays are approaching!

Most years I'm scared of even thinking of Christmas coming up so soon. This year I decided to embrace the idea by creating a fun holiday project!!

This is a book I made using my Punky Sprouts album with the new CRATE PAPER holiday line!

I used Helmar to adhere all the different embellishments!!

It's such a fun collection. Loved all the fun colors, stickers, and chipboard.

I'll be teaching this class at different stores!! Hopefully it will be at one near you!!!

I made a fun book within the book.

Cherished Memories--the whole book!

I couldn't wait to show you the entire book that I made for the store that I'm teaching at in Chicago. This is the prototype of the new book by Punky Sprouts (part of the Suzy West collection) so excited! what's in the name???

I'm excited about new products debuting at CHA!!

Part of the creating process...come up with names for these products.

Shelly and I have had a field day trying to come up with some. I like everything that I do to have a name that feels personal. Well since I'm a pretty wild and crazy gal the names I'm come up with are a little crazy. LOL

We are down to TWO names for one of the books.

I'm excited to show you the sneak peak for another book!!!

The name of this book is called Spunky Sprout.

It was so fun designing with this book!!!
